When you get in touch, it helps to have:

- The park name and the location of your home within it.
- A short description of the repair or improvement.
- Any access details, such as gates, parking or park visiting hours.
- Any park rules or permissions that may affect the work.
After an initial conversation, Bill can explain whether an on-site assessment is needed and discuss arrangements for a visit. Travel and suitable dates are agreed before a visit is arranged.
